The Strategic Advisory Team (SAT) plays a pivotal role in operationalizing the Alliance's vision by offering guidance, monitoring strategic plans, and ensuring diversity and inclusion. Comprising of some of India's leading experts and practitioners on climate action, they assess progress, manage risks, and facilitate decision-making, keeping the Alliance aligned with its core objectives. The SAT guides working groups to maintain strategic alignment, promoting the realization of the Alliance's vision and priorities.
